How hot is too hot?

I have a novarossi plus .21 engine and a Novarossi Flash .21, I am getting good preformance out of them for the most part but want to push a little harder. How hot can the engine be before I am in danger?

I usually run my Rossi's to around 260-275 depending on ambient temps (sometimes a little hotter, especially in mains). Unfortunately, i tend to go through quite a few plugs, but that is the price I pay for performance!

270+ is a good way to find yourself replacing the crank. I would stay below 255-260. This is how I run my Novarossi motors and they push pretty hard. I are you wanting more low end out of the motor of just top end?

I am wanting more low end in particular. The car is not getting off the corner very well.
